Established in 2013, TNT Fitness Boot Camp is the second fitness boot camp gym started by TNT Martial Arts & Fitness. Recognizing the success their members were having at burning fat, losing weight and improving their health through their martial arts program, the staff at TNT carefully designed and developed the TNT Fitness Boot Camp system. Our program caters to all fitness levels whether you are a beginner, intermediate, advanced, or high level athlete. TNT is committed to helping its members reach their fitness goals through use of weights, cardio-training, plyometrics, nutritional planning, and constant motivation and support.
